The location was excellent, close to a couple of restaurants. My hotel room was nicely remodeled, featuring 2 double beds and a tub. Having a microwave, coffee/tea making facilities, and a fridge in the room was a definite advantage.

Great location right by the bus station with easy access to nearby restaurants 🚌. the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. Plus, it was convenient having a Shoney's nearby where we grabbed a bite to eat a few times.

The beds were nice and the room looked updated
That we couldn't turn our key in as early as we wanted to because we couldn't get in the doors and no one was at the night desk

Value with close proximity to the highway.
The first room was a little stale from old smoke. We were moved as soon as we asked. Would like to see it ALL non-smoking.

The staff here were really helpful and friendly during my stay. The bed was super comfy and the room was really quiet and clean. The bathroom was spotless, and I loved having a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea setup in the room 😊.

This was by far the worst hotel experience in my life. Upon check in, I was told they did not have the handicap room with 2 double beds that I had reserved 3 weeks in advance, and put us in a room with a king size bed and sofa sleeper. The sleeper was like a rock and not useful for anyone, so we had 2 adults and one 9 yr old in one bed. All rooms were supposed to have a microwave and refrigerator (which we did not have), the telephone did not work (no dial tone) and no remote for the tv. None of the lights worked, and when we went down to the front desk about the lights and remote we were told to change the channel manually and that they would send someone about the lights...that never happened. I asked what the hours were for the continental breakfast, and, no surprise here, they do not serve a continental breakfast and claimed this was a typo on Booked.net's website. The pool water was dirty and did not seem to have any chlorine or chemicals in the water (it had a rotten egg smell) and when another customer commented to the staff about the water he said someone took care of it yesterday (obviously they did not). After swimming in the pool for a while, my daughter came in to change and she had this rash on her legs and arms. No idea what this was or how she got it, but since she has been out of this pool the rash has gone away. And just the icing on the cake, we had a dead cricket in the bathtub and the sink backed up and wouldn't drain. The next morning we went to the manager about our many issues and asked to be changed to a room with 2 beds, as we got no sleep with 3 of us in one bed, and told them we also wanted the standard micro and frig. They did not have a handicap room but at this point I didn't care; I just wanted 2 beds. I am disabled and unable to sleep lying down and have to be elevated, so I prop myself up to sleep which I couldn't do the first night.

Loved that the room had laminate flooring and lots of storage.
Alot of water stains and soap scum on the fixtures. The hair dryer did not work and there were no channels on the cabel for kids to watch.

We checked in, were placed in a room that was already occupied by another guest. This quest yelled from across the parking lot that the room the clerk was directing us to was his. The second room had whiskers in the sink and muddy footprints in the tub. Which we refused to stay in.. The third room had an unclean odor, perhaps some type of fuel oil?? The desk chair had a dark brown/ rusted colored stain on the upholstery. THe toilet seat was loose and the knobs on the heating cooling unit were broken or not present at all.

The room with 2 beds. The pool area was nice and the location was magnificent and favourable, right by the race track and 2 restaurants that are in walking distance.

The ads offer a free breakfast or continental breakfast, but when asking about it, we were told no, and we were provided names of breakfast restaurants, so buying breakfast took away our good price.
